Ms. Kratzer centers her practice on commercial litigation, arbitration, and transactions, with an emphasis on the construction industry.  Her litigation experience includes representation of owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in contract, construction defect, delay, defaults, and payment disputes.

Prior to joining HLP, Ms. Kratzer gained experience in complex commercial litigation and transactions with a focus in the transportation industry and has represented clients in all aspects of commercial litigation in addition to matters involving appellate practice, transactions, and corporate governance.

Ms. Kratzer earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University and a J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law.
